- Evaluating the use of Amazon account
- Evaluating the use of Sam’s Club account
- Centralized purchasing for multiple areas
- The use of Vendor Punch-Out catalogs
- Document Signatures – Who can sign and What to sign
- Contract Document Storage
- Ongoing training programs for new hires/existing staff
