Visiting IMSA

Ways to Visit IMSA

IMSA’s models of teaching and learning in mathematics, science, and technology are recognized nationally and abroad. An important part of our mission is to share resources and information with educators, students, and the general public in Illinois and beyond.

While we don’t have the capacity to serve walk-in visitors, we strive to deliver the highest quality service to our valued partners and guests through scheduled programs and events held throughout the year.
  • We encourage prospective students and parents to learn about our open house dates and information sessions hosted by our Admissions Office.
  • Throughout the year, our Educator Development team delivers services, programs, and events for educators, students, and the general public.
  • IMSA arranges classroom observations for college and university students who are preparing to become teachers and need observation hours to fulfill their pre-service teacher course requirements. Please contact Dottie Krett, Facilities Coordinator, by e-mail at dkrett@imsa.edu or 630.907.5058 to request classroom observations.
  • To arrange a group tour, contact IMSA’s Event Coordinator at facilities@imsa.edu. If you have any other questions about IMSA’s programs and services, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
