Biography
I have been teaching at IMSA for the last twelve years. I used to teach both Mathematics and Computer Science, but for the last several years, I have been teaching exclusively Computer Science. I have designed several new courses while at IMSA. I have taught at two other high schools – Morgan Park High School, Chicago, and Proviso Mathematics and Science Academy, Forest Park. Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked at AT&T and Lucent Technologies for twenty-three years. I received my MS and PhD from the University of Texas at Dallas in Operations Research, and my undergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering.
