This afternoon, students put their newfound knowledge about mixtures, substances dissolving and freezing point — to name a few of the topics they have explored this week — by making ice cream using liquid nitrogen that is just poured right into the ingredients and mixed!! After watching the concoction come together students (and staff) got to enjoy a cool treat!! Students also started working on the presentations they will be sharing when parents come to IMSA tomorrow (Friday) afternoon.
