Student in Drug Discovery SIR Course accepted to Present Project at the International Forum on Research Excellence Conference

Sindhu Chalasani ’24 traveled to California in November 2023, to present her research at the International Forum on Research Excellence Conference. Sindhu presented her SIR project on computer-aided drug design to create new treatments for necrotizing enterocolitis in the Cellular Biology and Biochemistry category. This opportunity was brought to her attention by a new release from Sigma Xi Scientific Research Honor Society.
