Senior Shelly Li and Junior Srisha Kotlo competed against 1,500 students in the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) and both came away with admirable fourth place awards and $500 for their projects.

Gabriella Heller ’10 was awarded a prestigious Goldwater Scholarship, which provides $7,500 towards the educational expenses of college sophomores and juniors doing who have a promising future in the natural sciences, math, or engineering.

The IMSA National Honors Society Faculty Council named 29 students as the members and officers for 2013-14.

The Society of Women's Health Research awarded IMSA alumna  Dr. Mia K. Markey with their Medtronic Prize for Scientific Contributions to Women's Health.

IMSA hosted a Cybersecurity panel on Tuesday, April 23rd moderated by alumnus and Department of Homeland Security official Michael Brody.

Junior Anton Karpovich decisively won first place in of the United States Geography Olympiad, winning $1500 towards a  trip to Kyoto to represent Team USA in international competition.

The Scholastic Bowl Team won their third straight State Championship on Friday, March 15th.
